To register for the class, you must fill out the application form below as well as mail in a $2,000 deposit in the form of a money order or cashier's check payable to:

Upon receipt of the application form, you will be contacted by a team member from Marcy Blum Associates and be asked to send in your deposit.

Please note that submitting this Sign up form does not guarantee you a space in the class. Only after you have submitted your deposit will you receive confirmation about your placement in the class from a Marcy Blum Associates team member.
